Amenities

All vehicles must be parked in a lined parking space. Any vehicle parked in a NO PARKING zone/parked on the lawn or curbside is subject to being TOWED AT VEHICLE OWNERS’ EXPENSE without notice. Handicap parking spaces are reserved for persons displaying a DMV issued Handicap Placard or Handicap Tag. Any vehicle parked in a handicap space without a properly displayed Handicap Placard/Tag will be towed at Owners’ Expense without notice. Visitors should be parked in Visitors designated parking. Resident is responsible for informing their guests of parking rules. Parking Decals (if applicable) issued to Resident(s) must be removed and returned at the office at the time of move out, a $50.00 charge will be applied for any permit not returned.
